Booking & Cancellation Terms
We’re so excited you’re considering Little Moon Teepees for your special celebration! To keep everything simple and clear, here’s how our bookings work:
Booking Your Date
A £30 deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your date is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance will need to be paid 48 hours before your event (we’ll confirm the exact date with you when booking).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change.
If you cancel within 72 hours before the event date, you can request a full refund of your £30 deposit.
If you cancel after 48 hours, the £30 deposit is non-refundable.
Changing Your Date
Need to move your booking? No problem — just get in touch!
Date changes are subject to availability.
We’ll always try our best to accommodate a new date.
If we’re unable to reschedule, the standard cancellation policy will apply.
Looking After Our Teepees
Our teepees are set up with lots of love and care, and we kindly ask that they’re treated the same way.
A responsible adult (18+) must be present during setup and collection.
Please avoid, candles, smoking near teepees at all times!
Any damage or missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
Setup & Access
Please ensure clear access to the setup area at the agreed time.
Make sure there’s enough space ready for us to create your magical sleepover setup
(Happy to help move furniture if needed)
A Little Note
All equipment remains the property of Little Moon eepees throughout the hire period. By paying your deposit, you’re confirming that you agree to these terms.
